Artist: Lara West

Lara lives in a small suburb of Vancouver, BC, Canada, where it rains when it isn’t sunny. A single mom of two amazing boys, Lara has lived in BC her entire life. She studied art and art history when she was younger and has always had a creative side that takes over whenever life can allow it to happen. In 2010 it took over big time and she has been painting beautifully bold acrylic canvases and has experienced the joy of falling into her niche. Her paintings range from pure emotion in her hearts and her abstracts, to the very popular dragonfly series.
